New Brunswick man to return to Alberta over driver’s licence debacle

New Brunswick tradesman Michael Richard recently returned home after more than a decade working in Alberta, but with only a baptismal certificate and no luck getting his licence, he says he’s running out of time and money and says he’ll like have to head back to Alberta in the coming weeks.
