U.S. group floats whale sanctuary idea for B.C. coast

Sun, May 21: It’s been less than a week since the Vancouver Park board passed a bylaw banning cetaceans in captivity. Now there’s already a movement to establish a sea pen sanctuary for whales, dolphins and porpoises in the waters off B.C. Aaron McArthur explains.
