Victim’s sister speaks about murder nearly a decade ago

Charlene Ward was found dead in her home in 2007 and nearly a decade later, RCMP made an arrest in the murder case. Thursday morning the Mounties released that person with no laid. Ward’s sister, Donna Wettlaufer spoke to Global’s Zahra Premji about the developments.
