Ontario NDP leader Andrew Horwath said on Tuesday during Question Period that 80 per cent of Ontarians oppose the privatization of Hydro One, and criticized Premier Kathleen Wynne’s government for selling the final offering of shares in Hydro One to fund infrastructure for the province.
