High water level closes Galipeault Bridge from Vaudreuil into the West Island

Commuters driving into the West Island from Vaudreuil were forced to use alternate routes on Monday morning due to flooding conditions. Recommended options were the Île-aux-Tourtes bridge on Highway 40, free AMT train service from Vaudreuil-Dorion station and the toll for the Highway 30 bridge was also free.
