Under Massachusetts state law, Aaron Hernandez’s criminal convictions will be tossed out because his appeals weren’t exhausted which could impact money owed to Aaron Hernandez from the Patriots. The attorney for the families of the two Boston victims said they’ll be looking into this as the civil suits will continue against the Hernandez estate.
