The Supreme Court of Canada is set to rule on the appeal of a decision not to grant Dennis Oland bail while awaiting appeal on his second degree murder conviction of his father. As Global’s Andrew Cromwell reports, the author of a book on the case says the high court’s decision will have national significance.
