Witness describes scene shortly after ‘terrorist incident’ at Westminster Bridge

Armed police responded to what was being described as a “terrorist incident” at Westminster on Wednesday, March 22. A witness here describes pulling onto Westminster Bridge and seeing “four or five people” lying on the pavement. Further on, he says, he saw more apparent victims being treated by paramedics.
