Niagara Regional Police are going to issue a Canada-wide warrant for 43-year-old Justin Kuijer, wanted for first-degree murder in connection with the death of his 7-year-old stepson. He is also wanted for attempted murder in an assault at an RBC bank in St. Catharines on Friday.
