Volunteer fire departments in Saskatchewan looking for help from Ottawa

Highway traffic volumes on the edge of town have reached 4,000 motorists a day. That’s 1,400 more since 2006. Last year, the Asquith fire department was called out to 18 collisions. In total, they responded to 50 calls in 2016, up from five in 2005.
