Winnipeg-based soldier died from possible parachute malfunction, says 17 Wing commander

The family of Master Cpl. Alfred Barr is still coming to grips with the tragic accident that took his life. Barr died while training due to a potential malfunction in his parachute near Yorkton, Sask. An investigation has been launched. Global’s Talia Ricci reports.
