Mon, Feb 20: It’s been just over a week since more than 80 centimeters of snow pummeled the Halifax region. Last Monday’s blizzard shut down the municipality and crews have been working steadily to clear the snow ever since, but there is more work to do. Global’s Jennifer Grudic has the latest.
