Fri, Feb 17: The snow has made it tricky for some small businesses. Many were closed on Monday which, for many, meant a day without revenue. The other problem is attracting consumers back when it can be difficult enough to find space to travel on a sidewalk, let alone park a car. Global’s Steve Silva reports.
