Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said on Tuesday during the Liberal cabinet retreat in Calgary that in his conversations with President Donald Trump, Keystone was a topic raised and reiterated his support for this project. Trudeau also said he will allow continual discussion between the Trump administration with TransCanada.
