Toronto Mayor John Tory asks province to grant TTC enforcement officers more powers

Tue, Jan 3: John Tory is asking Ontario Premier Kathleen Wynne to grant TTC enforcement officers enhanced powers, such as the ability to direct traffic and tag-and-tow vehicles disrupting transit routes. But as Erica Vella reports, the head of the Toronto Police Association says he has some concerns.
