Prime Minister Justin Trudeau told NDP Leader Tom Mulcair that until the law is changed to reflect the legalization of marijuana, the government will continue to keep cannabis out of the hands of young Canadians, as well as remove it as a source of revenue for criminal organizations and gangs.
