Premature pavement crack costing additional $23M

Auditor General Bonnie Lysyk same some roads and highways in Ontario have cracked prematurely, costing an additional $23 million to repair on top of the $143 million originally spent to fix the cracks. Lysyk also noted the roads should last about 15 years, but are cracking within three years.
