Physicians, most emergency surgeries not available evenings, weekends, holidays

Ontario Auditor General Bonnie Lysyk said evenings, weekends and some holidays are difficult for patients to see a physician or undergo emergency surgeries due to the hours of operations by doctors and hospitals. Lysyk also said some physicians are not working the required number of weeknight and weekend hours.
