Vladimir Putin presents Russian passport to Steven Seagal

Russian President Vladimir Putin presented actor Steven Seagal with a Russian passport in what he calls a “normalization of relations with the United States.” Seagal has been a regular visitor to Russia where he has accompanied Putin to several martial arts events.
