Tue, Sep 27: Montreal city council voted in favour Tuesday of adopting breed-specific legislation that would see new pit bulls banned within city limits. But as Navneet Pall reports, it’s not the last we’ll hear on the issue. There are some who feel the city is not listening to the experts who say it’s a bad idea.
