Defence says crown haven’t proven Rodica and Emil Rodita are guilty of first-degree murder

Wed, Sep 14: Closing arguments in the first-degree murder trial of Rodica and Emil Rodita began in Calgary Wednesday. The defence argued the crown failed to prove the death of their 15-year-old son was planned and deliberate. Global’s David Boushy reports.
