Italian Centre Shop in the Global Kitchen: It’s not a party without cheese

The Italian Centre Shop is celebrating its 10th birthday on the south side today and is having a huge party. Three different chefs visited the Global News Morning Weekend kitchen, including Joe Dalferro and Giovanni Lo-Basson from Switzerland Cheese Marketing, who talked about the high-quality cheeses that are sold at the shop.
