Edmonton officials warn of fast rising water levels on North Saskatchewan River

The water level on the North Saskatchewan River in Edmonton is rising rapidly and officials say it could rise by three to four metres on Wednesday. As Sarah kraus reports, emergency officials are urging the public to stay away from the waterway.
