An oil spill in the North Saskatchewan River continues to affect the drinking water of almost 70,000 residents

Wed, Jul 27: Prince Albert officials call the situation dire – an oil spill in the North Saskatchewan River has forced its water treatment plant to stop intake. As Joel Senick reports, the city manager says there’s enough drinking water for the next few days – however its main response plan is “experiencing hiccups.”
