Suicide barriers on High Level Bridge make span harder to navigate

Every day, up to 4,000 pedestrians and cyclists cross Edmonton’s High Level Bridge. Space is at a premium and now, new safety barriers – put up to prevent suicides – have made the bridge even harder to navigate. Kendra Slugoski reports.
