Reward offered as mother seeks justice in first gun killing of year

As Toronto’s violent spring continues to stoke fear across the city, the mother of this year’s first homicide victim, a 17 year old boy shot dead outside of his home, is pleading for answers. Mark Carcasole is at police headquarters where a reward has been offered in the hopes that someone will come forward.
