The Louisiana House unanimously approved a senate passed bill blocking strip clubs from hiring dancers under the age of 21, but not before Rep. Kenny Harvard offered an amendment to limit strippers to between 21 and 28 years old and no more than 160 pounds. Speaking in the House, Harvard said “I’ll offer up this amendment I guess to keep the spirit alive of trimming the fat.”
