MP Rob Oliphant announced the introduction of Bill S-201, an Act to Prohibit and Prevent Genetic Discrimination, during a press conference in Ottawa Tuesday. The law would look to stop so-called “genetic discrimination” in fields like insurance coverage, job applications, and so on.
