Two Russian Sukhoi Su-25 fighter jets pulled off a low level fly-by of the U.S.S. Donald Cook on Monday in international waters in the Baltic Sea. The US European Command issued a statement saying that at least one pass was considered unsafe. On Tuesday, 11 more passes were made by Russian jets and the ship was circled by seven Russian KA-27 Helix helicopters.
