McCallum: ‘We cannot get higher’ than 300,000 refugees in 2016

Immigration Minister John McCallum said Tuesday that Canada is at ‘maximum capacity’ in it’s efforts to accept refugees into the country, saying that the government is only capable of welcoming 300,000 in 206, but plans to boost that number in the future.
