Abandoned shih-tzu dies

March 2: The SPCA is offering a $1,000 reward to anyone who can provide information about a shih-tzu that was abandoned near the Namur metro station. The dog was euthanized Wednesday after her health deteriorated rapidly. Global’s Felicia Parrillo reports.
