Animal cruelty charges have been laid against Canada's largest dairy factory farm located here in B.C., after a disturbing video from the Chilliwack facility surfaced. The lengthy investigation has led to a number of changes within the dairy industry and Dave Eto, with BC Dairy, explains the changes that have been made.
