“Skinny Basic” TV packages, unbundled channels start today

Tue, Mar 1: Starting today cable companies and satellite providers now have to offer "skinny basic" TV packages because of a CRTC mandate. The bundles cost 25 dollars at most and must include local channels and educational programming. David Baxter has more on what's available here in Regina.
