Sherri Shorting is in shock after a cab driver allegedly tried to solicit sex from her sister. An investigation is now underway. Shorting’s sister is 33-years-old but was too distraught to speak on camera Thursday, but spoke to police about what happened. Global’s Lorraine Nickel reports.
