Labour minister makes emotional plea for PTSD victims to speak out

Labour Minister Kevin Flynn called on Ontarians to help him bring remove the taboo that surrounds post-traumatic stress disorder during an emotional announcement introducing legislation that will see PTSD included as a “presumptive” occupational illness for first responders.
