Loaded wine costs: Minimum price for bottle on the rise

Ed Clark, Chair of the Premier’s Advisory Council on Government Assets, rejected claims that raising minimum prices for wine will be a significant revenue tool for the province, instead suggesting Ontario is looking to generate income long-term by growing the industry.
