Premier says deficit only option to prevent services cut or higher taxes
Description
February 1, 2016
Mon, Feb 1: We've known for a couple of weeks now there won't be a provincial budget released before the April 4th election, but Premier Wall dropped a bombshell regarding the province's finances. Saskatchewan is heading for a deficit, but our premier sees it as a solution to what he calls short-term economic concerns. David Baxter has more.
