Teaching assistant with spina bifida struggles to get to and from work

Wed, Jan 27: Born with spina bifida, Ryan Leworthy, a teaching assistant at Judith Nyman secondary school struggles to get to work on time every day. Yet, he’s never been late for his job and the students he loves to teach. Now the students and the teachers at the school are helping to raise enough money to purchase a wheelchair lift for Ryan’s van making a huge difference in his life. Susan Hay has the story in this week’s “Making a Difference.”
