Liberal government to approach pipeline plans, reviews differently: natural resources minister

Natural resources Minister Jim Carr said on Wednesday the Liberal government is working to build public trust and will also approach proposed pipelines plans and reviews, including the Energy East pipeline project and the Trans Mountain Expansion Project, differently in what they’re calling “an interim approach.”
