VPD look for three men involved in suspicious incident at Pacific Centre

Fri, Jan 15: Three men were caught on camera taking video of the downtown Vancouver shopping centre. The group was seen recording video of exits and entrances on Tuesday and now the Vancouver police department would like to speak with these men.
