WADA findings ‘clearly’ show Russian doping corruption started with former IAAF president

The World Anti-doping Agency announced Thursday that new findings show Lamine Diack, the former president of the International Association of Athletics Federations, knew about widespread doping within Russia, and was influential in covering it up.
