Marco Muzzo will plead guilty on Feb. 4 to “various charges” that led to the death of three children and their grandfather. Muzzo’s lawyer, Brian Greenspan, also said the 29-year-old accepts “full responsibility and accountability” of his actions and has expressed remorse for the victims involved in the crash.
