Tue, Jan 5: A dog walker has responded to a Global News story after she was confronted by a reporter for leaving seven dogs in her car during an extreme cold alert. As Angie Seth reports, although the dog walker says that as an experienced dog walker she does not have to justify her actions, other dog walkers in the city say what she did was irresponsible and unacceptable.
