Halifax Regional Police are calling on the public’s help in an unsolved homicide investigation from 1986. Saturday marked 40 years since 27-year-old Ann Masson was found murdered inside a boarding home on Robie Street in Halifax. And as Mitchell Bailey reports, this case is one of many that remain unsolved involving women from decades ago.
