TTC confirms Eglinton Crosstown LRT opening date

After it looked like another target date could be missed, the TTC is confirming the Eglinton Crosstown will open Sunday, Feb. 8. But the line will see service phased in to ensure the mistakes plaguing the Finch West LRT aren’t repeated. Matthew Bingley reports.
