An Alberta school is receiving international recognition for a student-led hydroponic farm proposal. Students from Mamawi Atosketan Native School are the recipients of the 2026 Zayed Sustainability Prize in the Global High Schools, the Americas category. Students of the school, who recently returned from a trip to the United Arab Emirates, joined Global News at Noon Edmonton to share more about the experience and honour.
