With holiday travel underway, the Wolfe Islander IV has been out of service for more than 24 hours, continuing to disrupt travel and daily life for Wolfe Island resident just days before Christmas. Late afternoon the province brought in a temporary replacement vessel to transport walk-on passengers only, a stopgap measure that still leaves vehicles stranded on both side.
