Prolific offenders targeted and arrested by Alberta RCMP

Alberta RCMP are cracking down on some of the most prolific repeat offenders in our province. A recent operation saw the arrests of more than a dozen people who were targeting critical infrastructure in rural areas. Jasmine King reports.
