Ontario Premier Doug Ford and Toronto Mayor Olivia Chow came together on Wednesday to make a bid for Toronto to be the headquarter of the new Defence Security and Resilience (DSRB) bank. The bank is modelled after the World Bank and aims to finance the security needs of at least 40 democratic nations.
