Discussions between the Trump administration and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy continued in Berlin Monday, after the U.S. side said a “lot of progress” had been made on ending Russia’s war in Ukraine. In her first public speech as chief of the U.K.’s Secret Intelligence Service (MI6), however, has cast her doubts that Russian President Vladimir Putin wants the same.
